Education and Industry Qualifications
 

• This position requires a strong focus on quality and on-time delivery.  A demonstrated track record of managing your time to successfully hit critical project and client deadlines is the name of the game!
• You should have 4-8 years of industry experience delivering medium- to large-scale configured web applications to customers in a variety of industries.
• You should be intimately familiar with HTML and web programming fundamentals, and you should have a solid background working with SQL, JavaScript, and CSS.
• You’ll need a deep understanding of database concepts and database design.  Be prepared to discuss the various tools that you’ve used for performance tuning, data modeling, and schema/data comparison.
• Any direct experience working with MS SQL Server, IIS, and Subversion (SVN) is a plus!
• A 4-year degree from a top tier engineering program OR equivalent industry experience required.

Job Description
 

• Your primary job function will be working within a team that is responsible for delivering large-scale software implementations for a variety of clients.  You’ll take on various roles within multiple projects simultaneously, so it’s important that you can work independently, and with other team members as necessary.
• From a technical perspective you’ll be the focal point of delivery during client implementations of the RISKworks platform.  To deliver within time and budget constraints, you’ll be coordinating with multiple teams, including business analysts, core developers, and quality assurance. 
• The basic responsibilities of the Implementation team include: setup, configuration, development, test handoff, portal upgrades, and support of existing and new customer portal implementations.
• You’ll lead and participate in implementation project discussions, as well as configuration reviews and post-mortems.
• You’ll work closely with the core development team on proposals to improve system performance and reliability, tool effectiveness, and team efficiency.  You’ll also be a major contributor to technical documentation.
• You’ll work closely with the QA and service organizations on test and deployment planning.
• You’ll report directly to the Director of Engineering.
