Project Manager- $75k-$85k DOE, plus medical, dental and vision

We are in search of an intelligent, high energy business professional with experience in the risk management field.  You will be part of an engagement team responsible for delivering a wide range of business process automation solutions to our customers in corporate compliance, contract administration, risk management and treasury departments.

DUTIES                    

The essential duties include the following:

·        Take lead in delivery of mid-sized customer engagements (average of 200 hours) from project definition to service deployment including:

o   Conducting discovery meetings with clients to document current state, identify high-level business requirements and project risks

o   Effectively managing project plans, budgets and schedules to meet changing needs and requirements across a portfolio of customer projects.

o   Effectively communicate project status, risks, issues and decisions to all customer and EXIGIS stakeholders in a cross-functional manner

o   Partnering with internal teams in support of delivery

·         Employs business process and project management quality methodologies including: PMBOK, 6 Sigma, AGILE to customer engagements

·         Demonstrates sound judgment by directly resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely fashion

·         Shares knowledge and contributes to the development of the project management discipline at EXIGIS

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL SET

•        A Bachelors Degree with a combination of majors and minors in the following or related fields:

o   Business Administration

o   Management Information Systems

o   Computer Science

o   Risk Management

o   Project Management

•         4 + Years experience as a systems/business analyst or project manager in a client-facing environment, preferably supporting web-based enterprise product(s)

•        Excellent communication skills

•        Proven ability to effectively manage projects, timelines and budgets

•        Excellent ability to collaborate and work with teams

•        Strong problem-solving and an analytical mindset with a demonstrable bias toward action

•        Strong understanding of service oriented architecture and relational databases

•        Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio and Excel

•        Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects

•        Strong understanding of business process automation concepts and principles

•        Gathers and analyzes information skillfully

•        Synthesizes complex or diverse information

•        Demonstrates high-degree of attention to detail

Optional Qualifications

•        Insurance or Risk Management experience

•        Coding skills in SQL/T-SQL, JavaScript, and ASP/VBScript

•        PMI PMP certification
